Coarse Wheat Bread- A wholesome mix of white and coarse ground whole grain wheat flours.
Whole Wheat Bread- Classic combination of honey and fine ground whole wheat flour.
Colorado Sourdough- A lighter sourdough flavor, made with our own yeast starter.
White Bread - Simple, old fashioned very soft white bread.
9-Grain Bread - A combination of nine whole grains.
Challah Bread - Soft, rich, slightly sweeter bread, which is braided.
Cinnamon Raisin Bread- Our white bread with cinnamon and raisins.
Cinnamon Swirl Loaf- Our egg bread swirled with moist cinnamon filling.
Dinner Rolls are also make in White, Whole Wheat, Coarse Wheat and Egg Bread.

Cinnamon Rolls - Our cinnamon rolls use a light dough with icing drizzled over the top, for a tasty gooey treat.

MAPLE WALNUT- Walnuts compliment the maple flavor in this cake, topped with a maple glaze.
STRAWBERRY CREAM CHEESE- By order only. Cream cheese is a base for this cake, made with real berries,
topped with a strawberry glaze.
MOCHA- Chocolate pound cake with mocha infused, chocolate chips and a drizzle glaze.
APPLE RAISIN- Apples, raisins, and cinnamon.
APPLE WALNUT- Apples with a walnut crumble on top.
LEMON- With a lemon glaze.

CROISSANTS- Flaky, plain daily. By special order filled with Cream Cheese, Cherry or Chocolate.
 DANISH- Topped with Cherry, Apple, Apricot or Cream Cheese and drizzled with frosting.
